作为特邀编辑,复旦大学经济学院特聘教授张中祥为SSCI收录、英国Multi Science Publishing出版社出版的Energy and Environment国际杂志主编的以《中国能源、环境与气候变化政策》为主题的双特刊号(第24卷,第7-8期，1201-1488页，2013年12月) 正式出版。该双特刊号收录了来自中国科学院、北京大学、清华大学、中国科学技术大学、复旦大学、中国石油大学（北京）、北京理工大学等中国国内优秀学者在能源价格、能源与碳减排政策及其对收入的影响、低碳城市和环境区域治理、能源和环境统计等领域的最新研究成果。
